A. Cities Outside Winnipeg (Courier Shipping)

Frozen Shipping Schedule

  • Frozen goods ship Monday and Tuesday (Please select 1/2 days shipping), Wednesday (Please select 1-day Express shipping ONLY).

    Cut-off Times

    Order placed Ships Allowed shipping
    Mon–Tue (before 3 PM) Same week 1–2 day Express
    Wednesday (before 3 PM) Same day 1-day Express only
    Thursday–Sunday Next Monday 1–2 day Express

     

  • Orders placed after 3 PM on Wednesday ship the following week to avoid weekend delays.

    Parcels are dropped off with the courier Monday to Wednesday.

    If you decide not to wait for the next available shipping window, you may request a cancellation/refund.

    In this case, a refund will be issued minus the Shopify payment processing fee,(2.8% + 30¢ CAD) which is charged by the payment processor at the time of checkout and is not returned to us when an order is refunded.

    This allows us to return your order amount while recovering the non-refundable third-party fees already paid.

Required Shipping Speed for Frozen Items

Frozen items must ship by Express (1–2 business days).

If a slower shipping method is selected, we will contact you to:

  • Upgrade to Express shipping, or

  • Cancel and receive a refund

If you choose to cancel, your refund will be issued minus the Shopify payment processing fee(2.8% + 30¢ CAD), which is charged by the payment processor and is not returned to us when an order is refunded.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier, not guarantees.
Taste of Home by Bibi hands your parcel to the carrier using the selected Express service, but final delivery timing depends on the courier’s routing and operating conditions.

Delays

Weather, holidays, and carrier routing may affect delivery speed. Once an order has shipped, Taste of Home by Bibi is not responsible for courier transit delays.

 

If your order arrives in a spoiled or damaged condition due to transit delays, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of: 

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • and the shipping label

We will review and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.

B. Winnipeg & Surrounding Areas (Local Delivery)

This section applies to all orders delivered by our local team.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries run Monday to Saturday
Delivery window: 5 PM – 9 PM

Orders placed before 3 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Fees

  • Within Winnipeg (inside the perimeter): $10
    Orders over $100: $5

  • Outside the perimeter (up to 25 km): $15
    Orders over $100: $10

Deliveries are grouped by area to keep costs affordable.
If your address is just outside Winnipeg city limits, please select “Outside Perimeter” at checkout.

C. Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Pickup is available by appointment only at an agreed location within Winnipeg.

  • Pickup is usually arranged for Saturdays, unless another day is agreed in advance

  • You will receive a text or email once your order is ready and a pickup time is confirmed

  • Please wait for confirmation before coming for pickup
